Shaft NC Quenching Machine Tool
XXJC-1000 series NC quenching machine tool is a newly developed mechatronics product based on the high frequency quenching machine tool widely used in industrial processing. The machine tool is driven by stepper motor controlled by industrial control computer system. Its technical performance is in the leading position in the same industry in China.
The workpiece is mounted on the quenching machine tool. After the clamping is finished, the workpiece will automatically rise to the annular induction ring by switching the switch. The workpiece will automatically rotate, rotate and move upward (automatic timing plus heating, spray quenching), automatically drop to the original position and replace the workpiece manually. The inductor is sprayed with water, so that the workpiece can be heated to quenching temperature, and the spraying solenoid valve can be opened automatically immediately, so as to ensure the depth of hardening layer and quenching hardness.
The main features of this product are as follows:
1. The machine tool adopts PC industrial digital control system, which has advanced performance, convenient debugging and use, and can meet the quenching needs of complex workpieces to the greatest extent.
2. This machine tool can realize quenching mode: continuous scanning quenching, simultaneous quenching, subsection continuous scanning quenching (subsection depending on degree setting, no stroke switch, the same below), subsection simultaneous quenching.
3. Shafts of typical workpieces (within the scope of corresponding sizes) suitable for this machine tool: various kinds of shafts, step shafts, gear shafts, camshafts, half-shafts, outer circles and end faces of disc-shaped parts, etc.
4. The electrical control system of the machine tool has reserved interface for quenching heating and cooling water control. The quenching process and cooling process can be controlled according to the process requirements.
5. Low operating cost. The power consumption of the whole machine is less than one fifth of the mechanical equipment.
