Pick cutting welding and tempering equipment process:
The picks are placed on the chain transmission equipment, and the picks are simultaneously subjected to welding and tempering heating at the set speed through the saddle type open intermediate frequency furnace.
This new process can avoid the problems caused by the secondary heating in the above traditional process: the brazing surface oxidation, the alloy embrittlement, the cutting tip annealing, and the decrease of the welding strength. The equipment is equipped with pick-and-place welding and quenching and tempering. The produced picks have good quality, high strength, full weld seams, high welding strength, overcome the shortcomings of the traditional old technology, and save labor and energy greatly.
